We reserve the right to to cancel classes due to low or no enrollment. If we cancel a class for which you have already registered, we will contact you and offer you either a tuition refund for the canceled class or the option to take another class that has not fully enrolled.
Reimbursements or Transfers
There are no refunds for classes once your child has been registered and we have received payment. Refunds will only be issued if the class is cancelled. We will allow transfers up until the end of the first week of classes but reserve the right to which class is a viable option.
What if a teacher cancels a class?
We're all human. Just as kids get sick and need to stay home, sometimes an instructor gets ill or injured. If this happens, we will call you AS SOON AS WE FIND OUT. We also notify DEDP staff, so they know not to send your child to their DASA class.
